Victoria Primary School

The new Victoria Primary School was built to replace the nearby existing building, which was built in 1814, as a larger facility was required to sufficiently accommodate the catchment due to the growing population in the area. The roof had a particularly steep pitch and therefore meant we had to reduce the gutter size for consideration to drainage. Specific details were needed for the roof gutters and a mock-up for the architect was required beforehand which was completely designed and built by our in-house team. A benchmark product was used on this project so specific onsite installation training was completed with some of our suppliers. Velux rooflights with bespoke interface details were installed by Procladd and were inspected by Velux, which we received great positive feedback on.
