Graeme joined the team as Construction Manager, bringing 25 years of main contracting construction experience and a fresh insight! Graeme's operational role assists with project delivery; responsible for planning and overseeing project success and continual interaction with our clients and design teams.

Brian has over 40 years of experience in the industry, beginning his career as an apprentice joiner in 1985. Through hard work and a deep understanding of the trade, he progressed through the ranks, building a wealth of practical and managerial expertise along the way. Brian joined Procladd in 2006 and is one of our longest-standing team members, now serving as our Senior Contracts Manager.

Greig joined Procladd in 2022 and is a valued member of our Contracts Team. Starting his career on the tools 25 years ago, Greig developed a strong practical understanding of the trade from the ground up. In 2016, Greig progressed into a Contracts Manager role and brings extensive knowledge, expertise, and hands-on insight to our Flat Roofing projects.

Tim began his career as an installer and has built over 30 years of experience in the roofing and cladding industry. Over the past 15 years, he progressed into the role of Contracts Manager, bringing hands-on knowledge and practical wisdom to every project. Fully qualified to NVQ and SVQ certifications, he also serves as our appointed person for lifting operations.

Starting at Velux fresh out of school, Brian spent years mastering manufacturing before bringing his talents to the roofing and cladding industry. Now a Contracts Manager at Procladd, he uses his NEBOSH and construction training to ensure our projects are as safe as they are successful.

Billy began his career in the roofing industry as a YTS Trainee in 1984. He has worked on a wide range of projects — and has stood on more roofs than most could imagine. Billy joined the team in 2016 and was later promoted in 2021 to Contracts Supervisor, his decades of experience and practical knowledge continue to be a huge asset to the team.

Recently joined in 2026, Brian brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Having worked from site to contract management and back again, he now specialises in delivering successful projects with a practical and hands-on approach.

Phillip is the newest addition to our Contracts Team. He began his career in construction at just 18 and has spent nearly three decades working on projects across the UK. Specialising in cladding—particularly wall façades—Phillip brings extensive industry knowledge and has worked with a wide range of systems, including Kalzip and Euroclad.

At 18, David began his career as a Trainee Estimator after deciding he wasn’t quite boring enough for life as a computer programmer! With over 20 years of roofing experience, he now leads our Estimating Team, ensuring every submission is accurate and competitive. His strong focus on client relationships help us remain the preferred contractor for our customers.

David began his career in the construction industry over 30 years ago as a Site Supervisor, progressing through the ranks to become a Contracts Manager - spending a combined total of 11 years working on site. He then spent the following 20 years as an estimator, and joined the Procladd estimating team in 2020.

As our youngest employee, Kai joined Procladd in August 2025 as a Trainee Estimator while studying Quantity Surveying at Glasgow Caledonian University. Prior to this, he studied Construction Management at college during the day whilst working evening shifts at McDonald’s — so he’s gone from building Big Macs to building Bills of Quantities.

A graduate of the Mackintosh School of Architecture, Douglas joined Procladd in 2025 following 40 years of experience across a range of award-winning Glasgow architectural practices. As Technical Manager, he leads our design team, bringing extensive expertise and leadership to the delivery of technically robust and well-considered solutions.

Joining Procladd in 2019, bringing with him over a decade of experience spanning the Oil & Gas and architectural fabrication sectors. With a strong technical background, he now specialises in the design of metal roofing and cladding systems. Steven ensures all drawings are precise, fully compliant, and aligned with project specifications, supporting the smooth and accurate delivery of our works.

Michael joined Procladd in March 2025, having worked in the construction industry since 2015 - over which time he has developed a strong technical knowledge. As part of our Design Team, Michael works on a variety of Flat Roofing and Rainscreen Cladding projects, supporting the development of detailed design solutions and ensuring technical compliance.

Andy has over 40 years of experience in the roofing industry. His strengths lie in detailing roof and wall systems, drawing on decades of hands-on industry knowledge. In addition to his technical expertise, Andy has experience in the sales of metal fabrications and works closely with Procurement to ensure specifications are fully aligned with project requirements.

Emma joined Procladd’s Business Support Team in 2014. As her role developed, her passion for people and organisational development led her to achieve her CIPD qualification in People Practice in 2023. Emma now oversees HR across the business, combining her approachable, people-focused style to ensure our people, processes, and compliance run smoothly and effectively.

After leaving the retail industry, Fiona joined Procladd in 2015 as a vital member of the Business Support Team. An all-rounder who is always ready to tackle whatever the day brings, she has become known as our go-to problem solver. While her skill set knows no bounds, Fiona specialises in Finance, where her attention to detail and practical approach provide invaluable support.

Chelsea joined Procladd in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic. She has been working within the construction industry since she was 17, bringing a diverse wealth of experience. As a key member of our Business Support Team, she oversees Procladd's marketing activities, helping to strengthen our presence and drive the brand forward, 1 drone photo, or social media post at a time!

Chloe joined Procladd on her 26th birthday! She is responsible for managing Plant Hire and plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business - we are never without pens, paper or PPE thanks to Chloe!
