PROCLADD'S 30 YEAR EVOLUTION
Procladd (Scotland) Ltd were incorporated on 31st December 1991 and were based in Glenrothes, Fife.
Procladd turned their first year of trading over £1 million... £1.6m to be exact!
Procladd became members of the NFRC (National Federation of Roofing Contractors), reinforcing our commitment to industry standards and best practice.
We expanded our footprint, moving into a new, larger facility in Glenrothes — an exciting step forward in supporting our growing operations.
We hosted our very first official Golf Day at Balbirnie Golf Club in Markinch — the start of what would become a much-loved annual tradition.
Proud moment! We secured our first award at the NFRC Scottish Roofing Awards, marking a milestone in quality and craftsmanship for our work on Arbroath Harbour.
Our annual Golf Day became firmly established in the Procladd calendar, bringing clients, partners, and colleagues together each year at the prestigious Gleneagles Golf Resort in Auchterarder.
We successfully achieved ISO accreditation following rigorous audits — demonstrating our dedication to continuous improvement and meeting the 90001 (Quality) and 14001 (Environmental) BSI Standards.
With continued growth, we opened our Hamilton office in Lanarkshire, strengthening our presence and expanding our reach.
Procladd refreshed its brand with a new logo and updated identity, reflecting our forward-thinking approach and growing reputation. As our processes improved we implented a new digital purchasing system called Red Sky. Our first digital PO was raised to our long term supply chain partner, Sika!
Our fleet received an upgrade with newly purchased and fully branded vans — proudly representing Procladd on sites across Scotland.
We achieved BAM Construction Category 1 Supplier status — a testament to our performance, reliability, and high standards.
Keith Burrell stepped into the role of CEO, ushering a new chapter of leadership. Stuart Tulloch was promoted to Managing Director, to assist with driving the overall company success, setting strategic direction, ensuring operational efficiency and maximizing profit whilst fostering client relationships.
We proudly celebrated our 30 year anniversary — three decades of partnerships, projects, and progress.
Procladd achieved ISO 45001 Health & Safety Certification, demonstrating our commitment to creating a safe and supportive working environment for our teams and partners. This recognised standard reflects the strong safety culture embedded throughout Procladd.
David Tosh was promoted to Estimating Manager, strengthing our management team and lead tender submissions to ensure commercial visibility and profitability.
Graeme Watson joined the team as Construction Manager, bringing valuable experience and a fresh insight, to assist with project delivery; responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing project success.
Fraser Smith joined the company senior management team, and was appointed as our first ever Financial Director, focusing on long-term financial health. He ensures that our teams are productive and happy, and our processes are efficient.
This brings us to today. We unveiled a fresh new rebrand, modernising our look while staying true to the reputation that defines Procladd. A new website, along with clearly defined mission, vision, and values, now helps guide the business confidently into its next chapter.
